Father's Day

Because we were in Pennsylvania for Father's Day, we didn't get to celebrate with our husbands. When we got back to Ohio, we had a small celebration with Bratwurst and Sauerkraut, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Rolls and Oatmeal Cake. It was some good grub. We invited Mark's roommate Steve over (who is out here without his family) and we had some good times. Here are just a few pics from our little Father's Day celebration.

That was fun. I think we should have another BBQ, but with everyone this time. We could just tell people to bring your own meat and something to share and then play some games.

Looks like fun! I like seeing Mark bbq-ing the brats. As for your other two posts - I think the lightning and thunder that gets you guys then heads our way. Blogging can get a little nuts. I've had to cut back on the time I spend online so it doesn't become addicting! :)

That definitely was a good time and good eats! We should do it again. I still can't believe how bad I got my butt kicked in crouquet though! :)

Looks like it was fun, and you know me, my mouth was watering as I was reading your blog. What the heck is oatmeal cake?! Sounds great. I love your blog too, looks graet. By the way when I get my phone fixed, I need to get your number so I can bug you about getting your butt to the pool.
